As another year of The After Times comes to a close, I wanted to offer a few moments of gratitude and reflection.

As the ‘zine began to take shape in the middle of October, the themes of personal resiliency, adaptation, and awakening began to emerge as the themes of Issue 01 — and I expect these themes to continue during the coming years.

In late February of 2021 I joined an online music community called JQBX which allows people from anywhere in the world to connect in music-themed rooms and ‘spin’ songs or just listen. I was instantly welcomed, have made some quality, music-obsessed friends, and have discovered a ton of new music.
